Training & Trialing Facility
FACILITY
PACKLEADER FARM is located on more than 38 acres on the Key Peninsula near Gig Harbor, Washington.  Situated between a 300 acre conservation park and a 500 acre tree farm, the setting is ideal for working and training dogs.

The location provides a great variety of locations for training our Conservation Detector Dogs and our clients' handlers.  As our detector dog training classes are limited we are generally able to accommodate our students at the facility.

For the herding enthusiast, we are currently able to provide trialing arenas for the following  herding programs -- AKC, AHBA and ASCA.  Ultimately, we will be able to accommodate open field trials for these programs as well.  Things are still under development.

Arenas currently available include a 100' x 200' test arena, 100' x 100' test/training arena, 125' x 250' trial arena, 60' x 110' duck arena and a 60' round pen.

Stock available includes trial level Barbados, Dorper cross and a variety of experienced test sheep.
