PACKLEADER FARM  is generally open weekends for herding instruction and practice.  However, at times conflicts do occur so please call or e-mail us to confirm availabiity.
PACKLEADER FARM  was the home of MAVERICK - he was first in so many ways.  There will never be another Mav but the youngsters coming up are unique in their own right.
Barbara Davenport has trained and handled various breeds to obtain herding titles in AKC, AHBA, CKC and ASCA herding programs.  Although her personal breed of choice is the Rottweiler, Barb has also put herding titles on Australian Cattle Dogs, Australian Kelpies, Australian Shepherds, Belgian Tervurens, Bouviers, Welsh Corgis and Samoyeds.
PACKLEADER FARM  is home to several competitive herding dogs with more on the way!!  Rottweilers, Australian Kelpies and visiting Australian Cattle Dogs.
If you are interested in competitive herding, you will want to explore the various herding programs available.  Currently, PACKLEADER is set up to accommodate all arena courses with plans in the works to have open field courses available in the future.
Keep your eye on our website to find out about clinics, seminars and coming events.  We will try to keep you up-to-date on events in the herding world.
Enjoy your visit to the site and we hope you stop by for a visit when you are in the neighborhood.
